VibraCool vs TENS
TENS machines block pain signals using electrical stimulation but do not address the underlying cause of muscle and joint pain. They also provide only short-term relief and can cause skin irritation from adhesive pads with prolonged use. VibraCool takes a different approach entirely. It uses high-frequency M-Stim mechanical vibration combined with cold or heat therapy to increase blood flow to the injured area, separate stiffened fibres, and block pain signals simultaneously. No. VibraCool uses mechanical vibration, not electrical stimulation. TENS devices pass electrical currents through adhesive pads on the skin. VibraCool uses high-frequency M-Stim vibration at 150 to 200 Hz combined with cold or heat therapy applied directly over the area of pain.
